1. In connection with sharing the content of the Shop, the Service Provider uses the so-called Cookies,
    i.e. information saved by the Service Provider’s server on the Customer’s end device, which the server
    can read each time it connects to this end device, and may also use other technologies with functions
    similar or identical to Cookies. In this document, information on Cookies also applies to other similar
    technologies used within the Shop.
  2. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    2.1. adjusting the content of the Shop to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Shop; in
    particular, these files allow to recognize the Customer’s device and properly display the Shop, tailored
    to their individual needs;
    2.2. creating statistics that help to understand how Customers use the Shop, which allows improving
    their structure and content;
    2.3. maintaining the user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the customer does not have to
    re-enter the e-mail address and access password on every subpage of the Shop;
    2.4. providing customers with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  3. Within the Shop, we can use the following types of cookies:
    3.1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Shop, e.g. authentication
    cookies used for services that require authentication within the Shop;
    3.2. Cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the
    3.3. Cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Shop;
    3.4. “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing
    the customer interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language, font size, website appearance, etc.;
    3.5. “advertising” cookies, enabling delivering to the Customers advertising content more tailored to
    their interests.
  4. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored
    on the user’s end device by default. The Customers may change their cookie settings at any time.
    These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of
    cookies in the web browser settings, or to inform about their every posting in the Device. Detailed
    information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web
    browser) settings. Failure to change the settings for Cookies means that they will be stored on the
    Device, and thus we will store information on the Device and access this information.
  5. Disabling the use of Cookies may make it difficult to use some services within the Shop, in
    particular, those requiring logging in.
  6. Cookies may be placed on the Device and then used by advertisers, research companies and
    suppliers of multimedia applications cooperating with the Service Provider.
